Shubham works with the Human Resources team at WRI India, where he supports talent acquisition by engaging prospective candidates through employer branding and content initiatives. He also supports the implementation of the Workday Recruitment module, contributing to efficient and candidate-friendly hiring processes.

Before joining WRI India, Shubham worked as a Human Resources Intern at DS Group and NTPC Ltd. His experience includes supporting end-to-end recruitment, building HR dashboards, facilitating background verification processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives, strengthening his practical understanding of HR operations.

Shubham holds an MBA in Human Resource Development from the Delhi School of Economics, where he developed a strong foundation in HR strategy, organizational behavior, and people management. He also holds an undergraduate degree in chemistry, which helped build his analytical and problem-solving skills.

Outside of work, Shubham enjoys exploring new places, trekking, and watching sunrises and sunsets. He is keen on discovering new interests that support his personal growth.
